Pre-Super Bowl the coast was always a Saints hotbead.
Post-Katrina and Post-Super Bowl they definitely became the "cool" team to latch onto for a lot of folks in-state. The people who do like the NFL seem to mostly either be Saints/Falcons fans in the mid-state (if they root for a local team). A lot of Titans fans in North Alabama, though.

Well frick it, Saints and Falcons should be pretty good next year depending on free agency of course, we should both be back in this thing.

Whatever. I have no expectations. We're wasting our best 3 year window with Steve Sarkisian and his grab bag of 12 plays. Once he finally gets fired Ryan will be old, Coleman and half the defense will leave for free agency and we'll be back in the shitter.
Really glad we blew our one shot at a Super Bowl. Yippee.

There are a bunch of Saints season ticket holders in Mobile. The Port City is definitely a Saints town and the poor are Saints fans as well.
