And just look at how long it took arky and sc to assimilate. SC didn't win the east for 18 years, and that included a stretch of going 0-21. Arky won the west i BELIEVE in year 3, but then got trashed. It took I BELIEVE 7 more years, then they got thoroughly trashed again.
I wouldn't get too down just on a bad showing in year 1.

Nah, I'll definitely continue to go to a shite ton, but I don't see the point in having to go to EVERY ONE anymore now that the streak is over. It's just so expensive to go to all 13 or 14 games, especially now being in Bham when it takes 4 hours just for home games. Not to mention Jax, columbia, lexington, etc.
Also I was reading a book the other day about a UGA fan who supposedly has the record at a confirmed 470-something straight. It lasted from the 1960s until he died a few years ago. I didn't have a chance anyway
