Now I know you're just trolling and to be frank using an injury this severe just to troll is pretty twisted.

It's reached the point where there are several posters who I see their name, skip past their actual post, downvote, and move on, because I don't even have to read it to know it's dumb.

This play in this movie was actually inspired by some of our malicious style of play. We've been snatching acl's for years. If it werent illegal, we would probably give out helmet stickers for each acl a player has taken. Most of our warriors would have as many stickers as the buckeyes qb.

Yep. Plenty of posters here that ate too many paint chips as kids. I think some still enjoy a chip every now and then.

Like I said earlier, they have this reputation for a reason. So that is two just last season or are we forgetting some?

That really, really sucks for the kid. Just to put things in perspective -- and keep in mind a Vandy fan has no reason to defend UT -- while there have been a suspiciously large number of season-ending injuries for major players against UT, virtually all of them happened in Neyland. If they were playing as dirty as some people think, it seems likely that the injuries would be happening in more road games. The obvious conclusion is that they need to fix that fricking field somehow. That may be on the administration, but it's not on the players, or even the coaches.

I'm not saying UT never plays dirty. All teams do to some greater or lesser degree. But Ockham's razor suggests other factors are more pertinent.

Shhh this is no place for logic. There's a narrative to be maintained around here.

I'm not saying there's never been an injury on the road. Actual injuries do happen, and happen against most teams. I'm sure LSU has caused a few itself. But extraordinary accusations require extraordinary proof, and logic doesn't seem to give much support to the thesis here.

For the 2009 season, during the Arkansas game, Hightower suffered a knee injury in the first quarter when he was cut blocked by an Arkansas lineman. He was diagnosed a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee and missed the rest of the season with surgery.[9] True freshman Nico Johnson replaced him at weakside linebacker. Hightower recorded 16 tackles including 4 tackles for loss. Having played only four games, he was granted a medical redshirt making him a redshirt sophomore in 2010.

And that awful orange

As an accent color, it is marginally acceptable. As the primary color, well, the football gods have spoken over the past ten years or so. Say, Bama beat every single team with orange in their color scheme.
