Well done, chick. I guess I will start researching that as well. I never said I know exactly how any of this will play out. I do, however, see post after post stating that Auburn is going to get a lubeless lay. I'm only trying to keep the debate a little more balanced than it has been. It isn't really about "pwning" anyone for me.
While I don't believe you to be lying, I was wondering if you might answer a question for me. How come I have to present links, videos, and facts and I am still met with such argumentative retorts, while you merely post random statements with no links, no proof, no vids, and the masses eat it up like bbq spare ribs on gameday?
Thank you for the information. It definitely helps take that guy with a grain of salt.

No problem - ESPN misrepresented that guy as having worked for the NCAA and I have seen a lot of AU fans take that and his statements as the gospel.
Ridpath used to be on Finebaum all the time and he used to slam the NCAA and represent anyone who went against them as heros.
The guy has an agenda.
I have taken a "wait and see" attitude to this but any AU fan who says "Auburn is completely clear" or any rival fan who says "Auburn is dead" is talking out of their butts.
But, as a fan who has seen my team go through this, I will say when the NCAA has decided to give you a close look, never, ever expect good things.
That is one thing I agree with Ridpath about - the NCAA can and will do whatever it feels like.

To answer your question, I have already provided links about Ridpath in another thread and if you Google "David Ridpath NCAA" you can find the info.

Ridpath doesn't like the NCAA.
More precisely, he doesn't like how the NCAA operates.
Even though his impressions of Neuheisel are of a guy who plays fast and loose with the truth, Ridpath is delighted the former University of Washington football coach has taken a bite out of the organization that purports to regulate college athletics.
"You would not believe how they jump on people and how they target people," Ridpath said yesterday from his office in Starkville, Miss.
Actually, after reading about NCAA tactics the past few weeks, I think I might.
"For years they have skewered people for not following the rules as they see them," Ridpath said. "... They hold people to a different standard, and yet when held to that same standard they throw money and try to spin themselves out of trouble."
Ridpath, an associate professor of sport administration at Mississippi State University, knows the skewer's sting as intimately as anyone. Four years ago, when he was athletic compliance director at Marshall University in West Virginia, he was run through and then slow-roasted over the NCAA's coals.
quote:
Ridpath never did anything as egregious. His "crime" was not being aware of a scam that allowed Marshall athletes to "earn" $25 an hour for doing little or no work at a company owned by a longtime booster. He had been hired to clean up a messy program, but he became the scapegoat when the university hired a pricey attorney to protect itself and its high-profile employees like Pruett.
quote:
"I've seen them make people cry, belittle people, use covert racism, tell lawyers to shut up and say they have no rights," he said. "It's unlike anything you've ever seen.
"They will ruin the reputations and careers of anyone who doesn't follow or who misinterprets the rules as they see them."
quote:
"I was not allowed to give my case, either," he said. "I was shot down as some incompetent nut job. ... When the NCAA took me down, it was a sad day for college athletics because I cared about the rules and I was shown the door."
Ridpath said nothing will change until the NCAA enforcement process is overhauled.

Kiehl's dad is a VIP poster on AE...AUQBDAD. Has been since Kiehl committed.
He is solid. Kiehl is also heavily recruiting for Auburn...
According to Mr. Beach, AU is looking very good with Ray Drew. He also has hinted that CGM might be around longer than most people think...
He also said Crowell's AU interest is DEFINITELY gaining steam.
This is great and all, but I want to make it through Alabama with all our players intact.I just don't want to find out we cheated.
Auburn has been clean(as far as I know)for 20 years. Let's keep it that way.

Apparently Frazier made the trip to Little Rock with his dad to watch Arkansas beat LSU. Was also seen having a good time with Arkansas commit Kelvin Fisher Jr who made the trip from Arizona to watch the game.
