Because of some absurd ESPN statistical formula

Forgive me, it slipped my mind that we were your super bowl...with your irrelevance and all

I wouldn't be shocked if UGA did win it all this year. They have talent and depth at every position. The only question mark is experience at QB. My only reservation is UGA seems to be snakebit. Whether it be a rash of injuries, suspensions or just an off game they seem to always drop a game or 2 that keeps them out of the title game.

The reason Is because Georgia has a way more likely chance to be in the championship game then any other team. The east sucks dick
Hate to agree with an Ole Miss fan regarding ANYTHING, but this is gospel...

must suck to lose so frequently to such an irrelevant team.

Yea that must be a misprint or a bad formula. Ga is in the east so we all know thats not gonna happen.

I would be flaggergasted.
Some people, like the auburn fan above, think that it's all UGA fans crowing about how we're going to win this or win that. We aren't. It's silly computer formulas. Most of us would be ecstatic with 10 wins this year. Fact is our QB issues are just too shaky to reasonably expect an SEC title this year. Most of us realize that.

Richt made Joe Cox serviceable. Surely you have someone with more talent than him. If you can lean on the running game and defense early until the qb position becomes settled the talent is there.

Love being picked so low..... Our QB does not mind either... (Also, Germans)

Richt made Joe Cox serviceable.
24 TD to 15 INTs
56% completion
7.8 ypa
They also went 8-5 when he was the starter.
In those 5 losses he went 8 and 9 in TD/INTs with a 51% completion percentage and 6.7 ypa.
He also had AJ Green catching passes from him...

Anytime you pick a team outside the big 6 to win the SEC, it is a stupid pick.
Unless its Missouri, because they are changing the dynamic in the SEC East.

Absolutely devastating...only 2 SEC championships and 1 national championship since 2005. Now tell me how does it feel beating all these relevant teams with no hardware to show for it?

Well if you bothered to check out the link, that's exactly what the formula is telling us. The west is harder, the east is easier. Georgia has a higher percentage chance to make it and win it. Emphasis on making it to Atlanta.

It's not about talent. I'd take 2014 Hutson Mason over 2006 matt stafford any day of the week.

That's your "reasoning"? :doublefacepalm:
Yes. In terms of projecting who has the best chance to win the SEC.
Home field is kind of important.
