Watching the Miami game with these “electronic whistles” that cannot be heard. Plays continuing after because they can’t be heard. Someone is gonna get hurt

I’ve made a few threads on this. They’re terrible. There are a few easy solutions to this, and they need to change it soon

There were FIVE plays in the the Okie State game with pre snap whistles where they players carried out the entire play because they couldn’t hear the “whistle”.
They need to stop pretending refs blowing real whistles is gonna kill someone.

A ref blowing a real whistle is basically like having the spread gun in contra, apparently.
