Imagine if we had the home crowd
I'd trade Bama having a home crowd for UGA having the starting QB they entered fall practices with. He opted out for Covid.
But the crap from that year got Stet starting experience that he used to great effect in 2021 and 2022... so maybe I wouldn't make that trade. But he was 4th on UGA's depth chart entering fall practices.

Each team in the SEC was dealing with the exact same restrictions to their players, their coaches, and their fans.
They all know this...but because their teams didn't have the discipline to not shite the bed under the circumstances, they try to do their little asterisk BS...which is funny. If anything, 2020 was the most impressive championship ever.
And Ohio St was well rested...blew away Clemson...and Bama demolished them for the NC. And didn't steal a dime from a children's hospital to do it.*

You were destroyed by BAMA in the 2021 SECCG. The same reason Georgia didn't get a chance to 3-peat this year. BAMA again beat you in the 2023 SECCG. The process of elimination equals *.
And LSU beat Alabama in 2011. I am guessing the 2011 title does not count because, well, the better team was proven in the regular season?
You need to move past things, man.
1. Both teams had injuries to key players.
2. Every team has injuries at that point in the season.
3. Fans can try to negate title game losses to a number of factors.
4. When fans make excuses it just looks....bad.
If you want to make injuries a valid excuse then:
1. Texas won the 2009 National Championship
2. If Ladd McConkey and Brock Bowers had been healthy, Georgia would have gone to the playoffs.
Personally? I say Alabama won in 2009 and 2011 and Alabama whipped Georgia in the SECCG of 2023. It is what it is.
You can take your pick.

I was asked about 2021* and I replied about 2021*. You people have had your azz kicked so many times recently by ALABAMA and you are still positive it never happened. What a pack of losers.
Maybe. But we are positive that we won the title in 2021 and 2022. That's twice since Alabama last won their last title.
So, tell us....do injuries matter or not? Do injuries negate titles and playoff appearances, or not?

Georgia and LSU.
United in their embrace of cancel culture.
Isn't it Alabama fans trying to cancel the 2021 title by Georgia? I am pretty sure i can show you posts from several Bammers trying to do just that, so if that is the hill you want to die on, we should add Alabama to that list.

What happened in their other playoff game?
Dude. Ohio State didn't even qualify for their own conference championship game. The B1G changed their own rules to let them play in the game.
The conference announced Wednesday it has decided to change its rule requiring teams to play a minimum of six games to qualify for its Dec. 19 championship game.
Big Ten athletic directors met virtually Wednesday morning for a regularly scheduled meeting to discuss the change, then announced its decision to amend the qualification requirement late in the afternoon, after discussion among conference presidents.

They should.
The selector you'd use, the Rothman (FACT), has Texas as co-national champions with Arkansas in 1977. Texas is, of course, the only team that beat '77 Arkansas - in Fayetteville no less.
