Huge difference CC. "Encouraging other fans to send the article to the NCAA", and literally driving to Tuscaloosa, Gadsden, etc... taking pictures of vehicles, writing down vin numbers, and hiring private investigators (this costs a lot of money, BTW) are on two completely different levels of being "pathetic", and the fact that you're trying to rationalize that garbage by pointing out something that happened 4 years ago is ridiculous.

The NCAA investigated Auburn's football program twice while Pat Dye was the coach. One of those investigations centered around claims Eric Ramsey made about Auburn paying players and the second case centered around accusations an actual gump football player named Charlie Dare and his father made about Auburn helping high school recruits cheat on their ACT test
Auburn was also put on probation for paying a high school quarterback named Don Fuell back in the late 1950's. In his autobiography, Shug Jordan claimed the gumps were responsible for calling the NCAA and reporting Auburn for cheating in that case. I am sure you will deny those claims, but I would take Shug Jordan's word over your word or the word of any other gumptard
Your retarded fans have still been trying to get Auburn on probation for decades, so you are still not getting any sympathy from me over the actions of a handful of Auburn fans

Your retarded fans spend half their time accusing other schools of cheating. When the New York Times article about the Sociology classes at Auburn came out a few years ago, posters on gump message boards were encouraging each other to send that article and any other evidence they could find about Auburn cheating to the NCAA headquarters in an effort to get Auburn on probation.
Do you read your own posts before hitting submit? The New York times made the assertion about the irregularities of AU's sociology classes, not Bama fans. But yes, we're damn sure gonna jump on it and give you guys a hard time about your alleged squeaky clean program.
From a hypocritical standpoint, you're right there with us Gumps, CC.

"Calling", "Claiming", and turning someone in for a violation that you know to be true is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than driving to a town, going to a recruit's house, writing down vin numbers and taking photos of vehicles, literally HIRING private investigators (very expensive) all in the HOPES of finding out we did something wrong and being able to send it all to the NCAA.
Do you not understand this, or are you just refusing to acknowledge it? Stop disassembling and respond directly to what I'm saying. What some Bama recruit's dad SAID about Auburn is completely irrelevant to what Auburn fans are currently doing, and is on a completely different level of ridiculousness.
Eric Ramsey was an Auburn football player, BTW... gumps didn't have anything to do with that one.

Since when was Eric Ramsey a Gump? And if Dare, a footbal player BTW, made the ACT accusation, it was probably due to AU offering to do the same for him at one point while in high school. Neither of these are examples of Gump fans ratting out AU to the NCAA, but actual players that probably have something more concrete than your average AU message board idiot.
Regarding Fuell...why don't you go dig Shug up so we can question his maggoty arse about those claims.
Finally, Gumps don't have to "try to get AU put on probation"...you guys have done a pretty good job of that yourselves.
How do you like my new sig, CC?

Again, the NYT article came out. It was not written by a Gump. You claim that Bama fans sent the article to the NCAA. I'm pretty sure the NCAA has representatives all over the country and are quite able to read articles such as the NYT one without our assistance.
Your research is impeccable, CC...go find those articles about Bama academic fraud. Try to find something more recent than 1940.

Slow down, you're confusing him. I'm still waiting on him to acknowledge that turning someone in for a violation that was known to have happened is completely different, and not even close to the same level of ridiculousness as driving to someone's town, taking pictures of vehicles, writing down vin numbers, and hiring costly private investigators - all in the HOPES of finding out that Bama did something wrong.
What makes his argument in defense of these ridiculous Auburn fans so priceless is that he's admitted to sending pictures that he found on an internet sports forum to the NCAA.
I can't imagine how that one would go:
CC: "Hi, NCAA... I have some very incriminating photos of an Alabama player's new car"
NCAA: Where were these photos taken?
CC: "I'm not really sure, I found them on Tigerdroppings.com"
NCAA: "click"... dialtone

I also find it funny that gumps like you claim Auburn fans are pathetic for accusing your school of cheating, but even one of your fellow gump alumnus took the time to write an 8 or 10 thousand word newspaper article that goes into great detail about how the gumps were cheating their arse off as far back as 85 or 90 years ago. You can try to deny it or come up with any spin you want too, but that has to sting

CC has the NCAA on speed dial.

Are you going to respond to my assertion that turning someone in for a violation that occurred right in front of your face is completely different than driving to someone's town, taking pictures of kids cars, writing down vin numbers, hiring private investigators (which cost a lot of money) and HOPING that something illegal is found and being able to turn it in to the NCAA?

Which makes it all the more pathetic that Barners are working so hard to find anything on Bama by whatever means they can.

Cue the cut and paste of that 1940's era article...here it comes.

Don Fuell himself is actually quoted in Shug Jordan's biography as saying that he received money from both Auburn and the gumps. It is just slightly hypocritical to turn another school in for paying a player when your own school has given money to the same player

hey cctiger1... i just saw 2 videos on the OT that put some things in perspective for me.
your obsession with Alabama is actually HEALTHY by comparison to these two kids that are demonically possessed.
like, seriously...
you got nothing on these two kids.
seriously guys, go check those videos out. but do be aware... they ... are.... ABSOLUTELY... THE MOST SCARY CRAP I'VE EVER SEEN. true demonic possession or SOMETHING along those lines.

CC. You're still refusing to acknowledge what I'm telling you.
Do you disagree or agree that driving to Tuscaloosa or a recruit's home town to take pictures of vehicles, write down vin numbers, and hiring private investigators in hopes of being able to find out that Alabama did something wrong and then be able to turn it into the NCAA is pathetic?
