I'm not gonna laugh, but neither of those guys are going to take that job. Neither will get a call and neither would make the move if the call did come. Neither make sense for Ole Miss, either.

There was some talk of Bama possibly going for Riley after Franchione bailed. He indicated that he was happy out west...doubt that has changed for him. I personally don't think he's that good of a HC.

I've always thought that Sumlin would wind up coaching in the SEC one day. His style of football would be great at one of the smaller SEC schools.

I think it would be a great fit. Not that anyone in charge is going to ask me...

When did Coach Hud leave Miss St? He did a pretty good job at UNA, just couldn't go very far in the playoffs. All pass and no running game can be trouble.

This is his first year at ULL, and he's 6-1, with his only loss to Oklahoma State in the first game.

Mike Leach wants to get into the SEC and Ole Miss might be his future home.

Jeff Tedford

Tedford can't win in the PAC 12 so I'd throw him out.

Mike Riley

I thought Riley was pretty good but I don't think I could possibly hire a guy that just pooped the bed this hard. They're awful.

Anyone you bring in is going to be playing with less talent on the field than most of the SEC. You'd want a guy that is known for maximizing his talent and doing well based on his schemes. It's going to be a long time before your talent is equal.
