Same for us distance wise... No reason they shouldn't be your rival. The fact that they own you on the field should be a bigger reason though.

They don't share a border with you.
You don't have Kansas in your name.
You have more SEC Football Championships, where as Mizzou and Arkansas are equal.
And you have an in-state rival.
While Mizzou is clearly better than Arkansas, I think it would be a harder case to make that they are better than Alabama.

Also. It seems like Missouri has been putting it in Arkansas from the beginning with that little half chub thing it has in the bottom right of the state. It is kind of cute.

What is the point here? Is there some high school in Little Rock where the students take correspondence? Or is the University still in Fayetteville?
Houston is closer than Little Rock to any place of relevance in Louisiana.
