Does Mullen return?

He's been a cartoon character for the past few years and, truth be told, his shtick has been pretty entertaining. Until this past Saturday night (41-24).
My question: Does he have the ability to rally his rabid fanbase with solid coaching, player development, and wins over quality opponents (maybe 1 or 2 every 4 or 5 years would probably work)?
Or will he be too busy coming up with new slogans to motivate his players to take back the MFGE (mother-fricking golden egg)? That's pretty much been his focus since becoming the Bulldog's head coach.
The truth is if Mullen doesn't have the MFGE, he has nothing. He's created his own prison.
I think he probably sees the writing on the wall. I also think that most of you see it as well (I don't care how maroon the lenses in your glasses are).
I think he seriously considers ANY job offer this offseason.

We have our own Hugh Freeze in Lafayette, LA. If he decides to pack his bags then Hudspeth will get the call up.

After the collapse I doubt his name gets thrown around for any jobs better than MSU

I figure Southern Miss will go hard after Hud. ULL could possibly come after Mullen. A ton of scenarios.
