The only way he's not done is if they had a great incoming recruiting class they wanted to hold together... but that's not the case, at all. Florida has nothing to lose by firing him now instead of later, which means they should fire him now.

if he loses both games he is gone for sure and he is very likely staying if he wins both of them.
Question is what happens if he goes 1-1 in the last 2 games.
