Uh, he was 10-3 in 2018 and completed the best year of LSU qb play in my lifetime. Dude was already good, just was in an older system. Once O and E learned to trust Joe, that is when he took off.

aggy trying hard. If I wanted opinions on Joe Burrow’s rise, I would definitely look at a Steelers message board.

Why was he buried on the depth chart at OSU? At the time, Barrett was a better QB. He knew that offense best. You can’t really argue with Haskins stats either. It’s almost like Burrow matured and developed while in college, and found a place that gave him an opportunity to start. That NEVER happens.

If he did, find out what kind. They were very effective.

Seriously though, he was great, and seems to be getting better. Since I don’t care much for the NFL anymore it doesn’t bother me that he looks better than QB’s we’ve produced.

Give it a rest. Burrow was Great at LSU and has started a Great career in the NFL. Classic case of believing in himself and willing to put in the work to be successful. I like him even at LSU. He was fun to watch, still is! The GOAT NFL QB just retired, maybe Burrow is going to go to work on the 2nd Coming.
