For starters, you don't have a "right" to play college football. The colleges and universities* set the rules by which they operate. No one dragooned these kids into playing collegiate sports. Except for the fact there is no rule of law or respect for institutions, the NCAA never should have lost a single case. You don't want to play under these conditions? Don't play.
The fact kids can't go straight from HS to the pros has absolutely nothing to do with the NCAA. All these kids' and do-gooders' lawsuits should have been aimed at the NFL.
*The colleges and universities ARE the NCAA. I always get a kick when I see nimrod posters on here rail and wail against the NCAA. Ohio State, Alabama, LSU, etc are voluntary members - and set the rules. It wasn't some random entity that got foisted on the schools randomly.

How can you limit a players eligibility to play for a school when they are considered employees?
They are not considered employees and NIL doesn't change that at all.
