The same NCAA that Lane Kiffin enticed players to sue. They likely won't step in on this until the court cases have ran their course, but don't be surprised if the NCAA gets seconds after the SEC finishes with LSU.

Did you not read the injunction? The judge forbid the NCAA or SEC from retroactively punishing the players or the school who rosters them. So the NCAA would be breaking Louisiana law if it did.
