He did a good job of answering pretty much nothing directly during the whole interview... which is his right and to his advantage.

I just don't understand why the NCAA assumes Cam didn't know. I would assume that if Cecil was shopping Cam that he made sure Cam was on board from the start.

NCAA doesnt work on assumptions. If they did, they woudl open themselves up to huge lawsuits if their asumptions were wrong.
