Needs to be, probably. Will it be, 99.9% of the time no. Wise could have forced the call by initiating contact. All catchers are coached to do that.

I make a post about something in the rulebook not being called and all of a sudden I'm disturbing the peacefulness of the thread.
Doesn't really matter. We can't win with 1 hit. I can't wait until Georgia hires Butler so we can actually start teaching our players how to hit.
