DeBoer was riding with the #1 talent composite. It’s going to get worse.

Best player average per recruit in this class in his first season as Bama coach.
He did this while not having any in roads in recruitng this area. Just wait until he learns the area.

He actually won the SEC and was a play away from competing for (and inevitably winning because Washington was overrated) the NC.

This is simply not true.

The SECCG was a microcosm of Milroe's career as a QB at UA. He almost lost the game because of his poor play but then he won the game with some late game scrambles to pick up first downs and run out the clock.
Throughout the game he made mistake after mistake. Holding the ball too long, running sideways and taking sacks, missing open receivers, etc.
The Michigan game was Milroe playing about the same without picking up first downs on the scrambles.
Last year all we heard was "Tommy Rees is awful and Jalen will do much better with a good OC".
And everyone lampooned Bill O'Brien because he said Milroe is not a QB. That's three OCs who've dealt with Milroe. There is a constant here and it's not bad OCs.
