Still called plays and still put points on the board besides the 17 defensive points.

it was 4 years after Donnan was canned, and still what do Donnan's recruits have to do with Richt calling plays to run up the score?

4-9, 6-6, 10-2, 6-6. Those are Shula's records. Please don't deface the name of common sense by comparing Richt and Shula as football coaches.

Wasn't david green and polock there before richt showed up?

Yeah he doesn't. He should have hung 60 on LSU that day, yet he let off the gas.

52-17= 35 offensive points scored.

Yup really running up the score on that one.

So what exactly is the point threshold for "running up the score"? 45-16 doesn't qualify, but 60-16 does. So apparently a 29 point win is just a normal win, but a 44 point win is a blowout. Apparently somewhere in the 30-44 range is the magical cutoff for a score run-up.

Yes, and? Richt still called the damn plays moron. Your original statement was Richt couldn't run up a score, it has NOTHING to do with who brought the players in.

ETA: Pollack showed up in 2001, I think Greene was RFr in 2001

Donnan almost took the redshirt off Greene in 2000 to let him play.

I was just about to comment but you edited. Pollack was a TFr in 2001 (started out as a DT actually after being recruited as a FB) and Greene came in in Donnan's last class.

Not really. Him and Quincy battled in the preseason for the starting job but Quincy won. During the season when Quincy started to faulter and we saw how Cory Phillips was actually pretty darn good, there was no thought to burn DG's shirt.

All of those fascinating 10 win seasons and no national title...cool story bro. Shula was an incompetent moron. We canned his arse and moved on to BIGGER AND BETTER THINGS. Maybe one day you guys will get there...it wont be with carpets of dalton spokeperson march richt though.

Not sure about the '80-89 gap but you can damn near thank Spurrier and UF for that. I believe 20 years prior to Spurrier at UF, UGA was 15-5 vs UF since then UGA is 3-17 vs UF.

Thats the definition of a cock block.

Pretty much undeniable.

Honestly, I don't know how a thread can get this far. This new guy is obviously just trolling to and the 468 guy is a one trick pony as far as UGA goes. No sense in attempting a rational conversation here.
