btw, this happened back in January 2019, so he got a bit of jail time and has already been released.

Serious question, why didn’t the cops slash all four tires as a precautionary measure prior to attempting to wake him up? You’ve got a severely intoxicated and passed out driver, and you want to attempt to wake him up by startling him and rocking the car back and forth? That seems like a stupendous idea!
