Steele is a legit DC but as someone already pointed out, we didn't throw all that money at White just to grab a VFL that we could get any time. Steele knows all the right people and I honestly believe he could make a good HC but not at Tennessee. It's wayyyy too big for him at this point in time. If we were looking at a bridge hire he'd be fine but we've passed that point.
