i's preseason. i think he has a chance to be good but i wonder about his accuracy on the deep throws.

I watched him tonight at the dome and was impressed with how he is progressing. I think Tenn is a good place for him and can see him starting in the future for them. After all, Locker is like glass and can't stay healthy

He reminds me of Ben Rothlisberger. He could be pretty good as long as he isn't convicted.

Pump the brakes a bit. Locker will be the starter. Mett has to beat out Whitehurts to be the #2. Admittedly, I haven't been following too closely, but what I did see of Mett left me with one negative that stood out in an otherwise solid performance. His throws seemed to lack any real zip. They were successful against 2s and 3s, but I'm skeptical. I would think starting secondary players will react quicker and beat WRs to the ball (like happened on the final TD which was luckily tipped up to a Titan).

Locker has this year to prove himself. Mett has a lot of upside. I feel like that's fair.
