For the Mizzou LSU game we were supposed to meet up with people that we know from Mizzou to go tailgate. The game was at 11. We asked what time we should get out there thinking 5 or 6am. They said 9 or 930.
When we got there early the only people tailgating were LSU fans.
You either need new friends who actually know where to go, you were never there in the first place, or you are lying about what was there when you got there. We rolled in at 6:30 and there were all kinds of people with spreads fully laid out and grills fired up.

Your lots didn’t even open until 3pm for a 7pm game. Almost all other SEC schools would have had classes canceled because people would already be out tailgating.
So don’t act like y’all have some great tailgating scene.

OMG we didn't cancel classes for a Thursday night game against Murray State, must mean we don't tailgate at all
I never said it was some outstanding or unique tailgating experience, but what you said was straight-up false.
