The school has a Zero Tolerance policy against PDA though, so he was brought in front of a discipline panel and they are deciding his fate. PDA, by rule, could land him a maximum of a 30 day OOS suspension or nothing at all. But have mercy some of you morons thinking he was caught having sex in a bathroom or something are just too much.
