Yup I was wrong, the series has switched leads on and off through out history. The last time the series was tied was 2000. The last time ole miss led was 1993

The series flip flopped early, ole miss took control and held on from 1960 until 1987. It has been close since then, arky got a cushion in the lead after 2003 when ole miss was not competitive, and stayed that way until 2008. Ole miss has begun to close the gap winning 4 of the last 6.

Ole miss claims to trail by three games 28-31
Arky claims to lead by 5, 32-27

The disputed year is 1914, arky claims an ineligible player on OM. Ole miss won the game on the field however. Seeing as arky has never been the governing body of college athletics it seems ridiculous.

Next year marks the 100th anniversary of the first sail of tflagship claiming victory while being defeated on the field (modern hogs still practice this odd way of claiming victories to this today, wether the excuse is rain wind or schedule)

Note:Dale claims LINK the year in question happened during the frank broyle years, but it is simply not true. He is just butthurt that the best coach in Arkansas history was 0-6 vs ole miss. Good thing for Arkansas frank didn't play ole miss in the year of the NT because he proved only to be one thing, ole miss' bitch.

Still you would think listening to secrant hoggers that the series is led by Arkansas by 25 games.

Florida state, Alabama, and Tennessee lost to mercer last year. They nearly beat Texas this year. I don't know why it's such a big deal. No ole miss fan was expecting ole miss to be a tourney team this year anyway.

It is funny that mercer beat us, it's funnier that they were able to do it in one game, it's been 6 tries for Arkansas and they still can't get it done.
