Do they really think they'll get near all the licensing it would take with just $2.5 mil?

They have given up on that already for this 1st version.

Adults playing video games

A CFB game is not just a video game. It's something that was ripped from our lives prematurely.

I’ve followed this pretty closely. Here’s what I know for sure:

-For everyone saying this game looks awful, these ARE NOT actual screenshots. These pics/videos are concept art showing their vision for what it will look like. Game development hasn’t even begun yet, so we don’t know what it’s gonna look like.

-First game won’t be licensed

-Someone said “this company has never made a game before”. IMV isn’t making the game. They’re working to hire Big Ant Studios and they’ll make it. Big Ant has made successful PS4 sports games in the past like lacrosse and cricket. They look pretty decent too.

-The Kickstarter that failed to raise money ended. They refunded everyone their money. Then they found some investors including some NBA and NFL players who wanted to help pay for the development costs. They’re claiming that they have been or will be given $10 million for game development. Big Ant agreed to pay for 1/4 of the costs as well.
