I think they can. I'm just worried about their corners. Sutton is a beast, but the rest as far as I know are questionable and the Sooners have a good group of wideouts. Their QB situation is questionable at best though

Its amazing how far Trevor Knight fell after playing so well against Alabama. He probably wont even start.

OU is way to talented on defense for Tennessee to beat them. I look for Stoops to rein down hell on butch Jones again this year. I wish Tennessee would win though. Ever since losing to cal the ship hasn't been righted for Tennessee.

Barnett, Maggitt & Co will be feasting on that inexperienced OL. VOLS have the better skill players and athletes (been a while since I could say that)

VOLS 34
Sooners 20

That's fair. Emmanuel Moseley was coming on strong last year as a freshman and we just added the #1 JUCO CB in the country in Justin Martin.

What were your biggest complaints? When turning around programs that have struggled, a lot of coaches focus on recruiting assistants at first and then transition to more development/football iq minded coaches. Is that something you see butch doing?

Let me start this by saying I don't hate UT's coaches and I don't automatically assume they will fail because they aren't big names or because they are former coaches of SEC schools.

I mainly hated the play calling, but in fairness, the O line was terrible so he had to call some screens, but not 20 in a row. I saw very few draws, but when called, they seemed to go for good yardage. But Bajakian is gone and the guy they hired is familiar to Butch but who the frick knows if the guy can call a decent game. I previously mentioned a few boneheaded mistakes my Butch in key times. The UF game was inexcusable.

He seems pretty loyal to his assistants and that could lead to his undoing if they don't do well. So far though, the team has looked improved in most facets and there is finally some decent talent to work with.

Would Beating the Sooners mean the Vols are the real deal?

No.... But it'd be a good sign.

Obviously, I'm a bit biased, but Missouri is having to replace a TON of talent, especially on the DL and at WR, we get UGA in Neyland, UF and USC are floundering, and Vandy and UK are Vandy and UK.

Look out for JUCO 4* stud Justin Martin to come in and compete/win the CB job opposite Sutton.

Also So. 4* Rashaun Gaulden is gonna be sick at NB.

OT FG win last year. Floundering. Division games tend to be closer than you think.

Gotta believe UF will be able to score more points this year without muschamps IQ blackhole.

UGA is going to be able to run on everyone, and your LB's are a ?

We lose one LB who didn't even play the last 3 games and our whole LB core is a ?...I think people are going to be reminded of Reeves Maybin and the talent left over pretty soon.

Florida has a OL in shambles and no QB that is why people don't expect a lot this year. Sadly for them they had more talent on last years O but worse coaching. Can CJM make this offense work? possible but it will be tough. Just because the coaching can improve doesn't mean they will have better production.

SC doesn't have a QB either there is no guarantee the D will improve and the offense will probably be significantly worse, why do people think SC will improve from last year? This was always going to be the toughest year roster wise for Spuriier.

No one is worried about your predictions coming true. If we were to finish 13th, what does that say about your best win last year?

Where does the tennessee hype come from, if not the USC win?

I do think you'll have a slight edge over Vanderbilt, but it's tough to say. Any where from 12-14 is possible.

Yes, you've made your opinion clear.

So what was your best game last year?
