Not even close. Caddy and Brown are better.

TR is a freshman and MI is a sophmore. Lets see what they can do with an extra year under their belt.

cant say they wont be better but CW and RB were both top 10 picks in the draft.. so right now I go with them easily

I'm just going off of college production, not draft status.

And if TR and MI were draft-eligible and didn't go as high, I'd give your post some credit, but as it stands:

FAIL.

I just don't get what the draft has to do with this discussion. Are we not discussing who the better "college" duo is?

Ultimately, it doesn't even apply to this discussion. This is about production at the college football level and MI has already smacked the shite out of anything CW or RB EVER did.

A Barn homer posted on a recent thread that Cadillac and Brown were better and it's "not even close yet"
if this said in college then i would say the draft has nothing to do with this.

We aren't talking about who is the better pro prospect duo.

I liked Caddy and Brown but I certainly don't worship them. Ingram and Richardson are going to be productive NFL backs and they will put up better numbers than Caddy and Brown did.

Ronnie Brown and Caddy were looked at so highly because of how much better they were than the rest of the backs in the SEC at that time. Comparing now and then is pointless because things change.

i read who is better out of the 2, the OP didnt say who was better in college. For that to be determined we will have to see how MI and TR do next year and the year after, you have to take the full body of work, not just one individual year

ETA: just my 2 cents on the argument

I was hoping all those college stats I posted might clue you in.

I never even said they were better, i just said this.

quote:

Ingram is 19 and Richardson is 18. Ingram is just as good NOW as either of them were in college. If Richardson makes the same improvment from his fr to soph year that Ingram did then watch out.
