Unfricking believable might as well have Joe Moorhead as OC while we are at it. Only our dumbass fans would think Zach Arnett was the savior of State while Leach was the problem. Unreal they worship Arnett more than fricking Mullen. God I hate these assholes. They love to be abused and lose. They take it in deep. Close it all down at this point. frick them all.

I… think it’s a perfectly fine hire?
Arnett the head coach was a disaster. But you’re not hiring him to be your head coach. And he was a very solid DC for Leach from 2020-2022.
I’m not going to pretend he’s the best DC in the country or anything but he should give State a much more respectable floor on defense than they had under Hutzler.
From all indications he was at best Plan C after Durkin and Pry both passed on the job. You can do a lot worse for a fallback option, IMO.
