He should be held accountable, but the public lynching is a bit much.
Well, I was actually talking more about the idiots standing around laughing and putting shite on the passed out guy. That to me is what can happen when large groups get together...common sense goes out the window. The guy that whipped his nuts out is a different story. I've got no sympathy for him or the consequences that come.
