I respect hiring a young guy who has major college and NFL experience. It's not a retread hire and his hire will also be an attractive one for recruits initially due to race (lets be honest here. But, over time it will be all about this guy's program and system). Lets be real Auburn has all the resources to be a powerhouse but they have let things run amok that a more veteran coach won't touch them. So, Auburn has to gamble and this guy looks to be a better gamble than Harsin was.

He's a really good coach...was impressed with him at UF. I think he'll be an NFL coach though
