Your fullback went downfield looking for a backer to block and threw a shoulder when he arrived.
Your linemen are both easily over 3 yards. I don't feel like doing another screencap. Just pause it at the 1:05 mark and look at their feet.

All in the eye of the beholder. Show me where the lineman were beyond three yards. The little blue line is the LOS and 38 is not a lineman.
