Someone on that panel has to play devils advocate. FSU was undefeated. It’s a legit question but ultimately, the committee got it right. The Noles have 3 top 25 wins where the Tide have 4, plus they went through the SEC.
Somebody had to play the role here and Booger was the guy. It’s a pretty boring show if everybody is just “RAH rah rah!!!”
