Clean? Hardly. Their history is long. One reason you don’t hear more is that AU reportedly covers up arrests or simply looks the other way. They are notorious for grabbing up players that other schools have kicked to the curb. Why would anyone expect them to have a bunch of choir boys?

I mean, we can all dig up stuff from 10, 20, 30 years ago. Don't you think thye should get some credit for getting most of it cleaned up?

Yes. I do believe we are working on getting it cleaned up, but right now it is on going. We just had a fringe coach and ex-player arrested for speeding.

Ok. Great. It still happened at A&M. So tell me. Is it A&M's fault...or was it the players fault?
I say the individual players should be held accountable. Y'all want to point to Adam Anderson, but he was dismissed, too.....so does it count or not?

I think UGA needs to get rid of a few bad apples as well. Some on the staff

Georgia has speeding problems that are being addressed. It’s not murder, armed robbery or sexual assault.
The AJC and our rivals have made a tragic mistake into a reason to call our players thugs. They don’t like our natties and will do anything they can to trash our program.
It’s not a secret that College players with NIL and muscle cars don’t always make good decisions. Kirby will get this speeding issue under control or heads will roll. Georgia doesn’t tolerate or hide problems. They fix them. Unlike the AUs of this world.
And if you think that players at AU, LSU, UF, UT, etc don’t speed you are pretty naive. They just don’t have an newspaper that allows a reporter to lie and put his lies on the front page.

You're pretty weird, but no where near the first I've seen that hyper-fixates on the evils of their rivals. Auburn and Bama have fans that are the same way.
The recipe is usually go outside and breathe some clean air.
I believe Gus went after good kids after he dealt with Duke. Even the next year later he cut Jovon Robinson loose too soon but he did so because he didnt want a repeat of the Duke situation.
He loved recruiting Madison Academy or the wealthy suburbs of Georgia, not the actual streets of Atlanta. Freeze might widen his net, and with that...more variety. Harsin gave us the pornhub 3 and the scooter thief. Who knows what comes next.

I mean, we do have a speeding problem. As a whole it is no big deal, but we did have a player die in a crash because of some bad choices. When people say dumb stuff, though, don't get upset and start throwing accusations back at them that are not the most accurate.
Fact: Georgia has been in the news for more negative stuff than Auburn has the last couple of years.
Fact: Most of the stuff has been pretty meh.
If you get fired up, it only encourages the trolls to come out after you and make wilder and crazier statements just to see if they can get you mad and ranting. You allow them to win.

They are going to rue the day they bought their way into the SEC. They were hardly competitive in the “big” 12 and now they think they are going to be successful in the SEC. Get real! They have no idea what is about to hit them.
