Your calculation is right if you are presenting W/L/T as 3 separate percentages, but we don't live in a world of ties any longer, therefore it needs to be converted imo.

(60 + 5/2) / 100 = They win 62.5% of the time.
(35 + 5/2) / 100 = They lose 37.5% of the time.

The math works both ways..
