Seriously, just get the frick out of here. You can’t even google? You’re racist, ignorant, and incapable. Do everyone a favor and go back to some shitty aggy forum.

Dye wins by a mile. Bryant quit drinking some years before his death. It's a miracle Dye didn't die like 20 years ago. Can barely understand the man even today he slurs his speech so badly. His liver should win some sort of trophy for toughest SOB ever.

If we're going to talk about notorious drunks of yesteryear, can we add Johnny Majors to the list?

My uncle worked for the Tuscaloosa-based airline that Bryant used to fly to and from places. He had to help him off the plane more than once due to how intoxicated the Bear was.

The two were actually drinking buddies, especially during hunting season ...

Obviously this was during the era when there wasn't a rat-bastage sportswriter narc waiting to tweet every negative they could find on anyone ...

My father hunted with both men on more than one occasion. Dye preferred to do his drinking around the fire, while Bryant liked to take a bottle with him to the stand.

I would imagine that both men enjoyed the opportunity to temporarily forget the pressures of the day ... cheers!
