The Petrino era has nothing to do with the amount high school talent in Arkansas. Holy shite.

those recruits from high schools have to be coached well and play well to be drafted in the NFL. as you mentioned earlier TN had more talented kids.

Mr. SEC disagrees with you. His team of writers is usually spot on. I'm glad they are hitching their wagons to us instead of Tennessee.

It clear states our coach will have the staying power over Butch and Tennessee needs national recruiting to survive.

Arkansas hit the Cotton Bowl and BCS with hardly any Texas talent. History will repeat itself with TAMU spreading the SEC like wildfire in Eastern Texas helping Arkansas.

"But Bielema and Jones will get a bit more time to build things up — they didn’t win BCS titles at their schools just 29 months ago."

It will be fun to watch. It's a shame the SEC killed our series.

and without BMFP Arkansas will have similar results with a roster full of 5.7 3*. BFMP was the equalizer. without him do you really expect to compete with talented Bama, LSU, A&M, and Auburn? Arkansas is currently dead last in the SEC in recruiting.

This argument is useless, let's just wait for the season to give us an answer.

When did the signing period get moved up from February to July?

Bobby was a bad out-of-state recruiter but great coach. Nutt was a decent coach and decent out-of-state recruiter. Coach B is a good coach and good out-of-state recruiter thus far.

We've been to 3 SEC Championship games, Cotton Bowls and BCS with different coaching setups. Everyone is looking forward to this new coach because the setup is way more balanced and Texas focused for depth.

It could be the perfect storm and time will tell and it seems writers around the country love Coach B to Arkansas.

I'm not judging Tennessee or Arkansas until year three. I'm just watching the building process until then.

I believe you will have the answer in just one year. JMO.

How so?

In my six month absence I heard we aren't allowed to rock the boat anymore? Then the bans started flying and I was seeing a seaman down left and right.

P.S. You would support the poorest sport in the world.
