Fayetteville requires 2 night minimums, but you still get the normal room rates. Tuscaloosa is ridiculous.

Examples for the Arkansas game weekend coming up:

Super 8 - 185 / night
LaQuinta - 195 / night
Jameson Inn - 300 / night
Ambassador Inn - 339 / night
Ramada Inn - 275 / night
Hotel Capstone - 1024 / night

None of these are above 2 star ratings on hotels.com

I had plans to attend one away game this year. Looks like it's gonna be Baton Rouge.

Wow, didn't realize the rates had inflated so much.


I'm from Tuscaloosa, and the only one of those I'd stay at is the Hotel Capstone. It's walking distance to the stadium, but I wouldn't pay near that much.

From a stadium only standpoint the swamp is pretty cool, and UGA and LSU. Bama's stadium has to be one of the tops in the country. jmho
