Three come to mind...

1) Columbia Steakhouse in Lexington
2) Little Dooeys in Starkville
3) The Ribcage in Oxford

Little Dooeys is the best in the nation, and even Kirk Herbstreit agrees.

There's a Mugshots in Starkville and although it is legit as hell, I doubt that's the best Tuscaloosa has to offer.

2nd the Flying Saucer for a good brew. Good bets closer to Vandy are Bosco's (Hillsboro Village) and Blackstones, a brew pub on West End (decent food too). The porter at Blackstones is excellent!
