Clearly he doesn't want to upgrade. Maybe he excels in shitty situations vs being pampered. Perhaps he wants a year with Prime Time instead of whatever DB coach UGA has. Maybe he's not like you, that happens ya know. Not everyone thinks and behaves the way you think they should.
