And YOU make the OU fan base appealing?

frickface......I'm superior to your dumb arse in every way possible. You're a bush league program with bush league fans which is all you've ever been, and all you'll ever be.

SEC fans aren't gonna come sit in your stadium with a 30 mph wind straight from the north pole whistling in.

You dumbasses really ought to go to a BIG10 or PAC12 board. You are wasting your time speculating about the SEC.

THE SEC quality of football is unsurpassed, OU would dilute the TV payout and do zero to enhance the academic rating.

Plus OU is a shitty road trip destination.

Who cares? This isn't the Ivy league. 16 teams are going to happen and we could do a lot worse than Oklahoma.

It is a big deal to the college Presidents who are the decision makers.

Don't think for a minute this wasn't a consideration in inviting Missouri to join the SEC over West Virginia.

The SEC is already chocker block full with good football teams and the SEC Champion has by far the toughest path to the playoffs.

If and thats a big if the conference expands, you can be sure the next team will be from a large population state (which OU isn't) and will bring an academic boost for the conference to the table.
