You buy or receive a gun from anybody you'd better have proof who It came from. Because if it is stolen or worse has committed a crime, the burden of proof of innocence is on you. Same as drugs in your car, your podnah better take the rap

I think in this instance not knowing is an affirmative defense. The defense will have to prove Robinson could not have known the gun was stolen.
