I don't think anyone really gave it much thought. I am sure he was quite embarrassed at the time. Many jokes were made at his expense without a doubt. shite happens.

He should keep a scrapbook of all the national commentary. Most people don't get that 15 minutes. No harm, no foul. UA can purchase another, along with ones for the Coaches titles from 60's, 70's and 92.

He probably will. I just hope its us this year. Not being greedy, I just feel like BAMA was screwed out of the 3peat in '66 and would like to get it since we are so close.

Well, you look at all the 1 score games last year amongst the top 6 teams in the conference. I still say the toughest thing in CFB right now is to get to ATL, then to win.

The 1992 was not BCS. I think it was called Bowl Series or something like that. At the time the B10 and PAC10 were not on board. Doesn't matter, the awarding entity is the same, and will be the same for the 2014 playoff onward.

I tell you it is a glorious feeling beating the shite out of Irish for a title. Especially after the catholics vs cousins and golden domers vs mobile homers signs and shirts they made.
