Do you think either of these supposed journalists have made a phone call or sent an email to the DA/ADA or Tuscaloosa PD to find out why Miller hasn't been charged? And where he stands as far as their investigation goes? It's not the President of the University's responsibility to comment on what the circumstances around their decision is except for the fact of what he and the administration have been told about Miller's involvement by the investigating parties. Apparently since it was a group decision, then all parties agree that he should play.
