The only thing unbelievable about your secondary is that people still think Mathieu is a good cover guy after AJ and Norwood took him to the woodshed.
Alabama's OL is the most veteran line in the country and probably the best in the country. Your front four couldn't do shite to AJ in the BCSCG, and there's no reason to expect that to magically change this year.

The same way that anyone can come to the conclusion that your QB play will be good. Mett has yet to take a meaningful snap in his college career, so no one really knows how he will handle it.

You might possibly be the only LSU fan who didn't see the BCSCG. McCarron threw at will at Mathieu. And there was not one damn thing Mathieu could do about it.
Why don't you try to be intelligent instead of cute and prove me wrong? Everyone saw the game. Where were you that night?
Not only did they throw at him in coverage, they also ran and threw screens at him. Mathieu was easily blocked.

A lot of those throws were spot on and right on the money. You can't possibly say McCarron didn't play his best game. I didn't even have a clue who that Norwood kid was, but he played amazing too that night.

LSU by a considerable margin. It all comes down to which quarterback can successfully attack the opposing team's secondary. Also, saying Tyrann Mathieu sucks is a completely arrogant statement and you gumps are just hella jealous because you don't have a playmaker like him. He may have been torched by your one game wonder QB, but I still believe the BCSNCG was just a bad day at the office for LSU. Name a Bama player that has accomplished what Tyrann did last season
