Yeah, I have no idea either.

I was just providing context.

Apparently the pro-TRO argument is thus:

— UA isn’t a party in the lawsuit, and therefore it shouldn't matter if the judge gave money to UA;

— Nor should it matter if the judge attended UA, as it is the largest university with the only public law school (and in fact the next one will most certainly have).

Not my opinion, just stating how they chose to address it.

Ole Miss will likely be using the same logic. I don’t know if our judge is a booster either, but that could hurt the logic.
