It was apparent last year and from the look of last weeks game the decline is continuing.
That said, make no mistake about it. If Bama doesn't have the wr injuries they had, they beat Georgia for the natty. It's as simple as that. When Saban leaves that's when the decline officially begins.

Yeah they just mad that they are not beating the shite out of everybody week in and week out now. That’s what happened last year and and it looks like that’s what’s going to happen this year too. I hope that’s not the new norm for you buddy. I don’t know what your fan base would do if so
