I think he's gone from face palm while talking to Milroe to being able to use a decent amount of the playbook. I'll give him an A- there are dudes open. That's something BoB was allergic to

I suspect they had a come to Jesus meeting at halftime of the Alabama-Tennessee game and from that point forward he basically ran his mobile QB offense from ND.

I can’t prove he was given autonomy to run his version of the offense but that’s what I suspect happened.

Either way, from that point forward he’s run a top 5 offense from an efficiency standpoint.

So yes he has my support for figuring out what he has to work with and optimizing it as best he can.

Pretty solid. Good build around his team during the season.
