The internet was invented (ironically, by Al Gore of Tennessee) so there would be a place for "Bama Threads".

In fact, the URL prefix was originally proposed to be RTR instead of WWW.

Remember on Saturday when Meyer said he was quitting? Then he said 3 Times His family came FIRST? Sunday he tells his team and the AD he changed his mind and tells his family LAST.

His wife said she wasen't going to sit on the couch all day if he stays home she has much to do. She said this after he had his Sunday news conference it's in our local paper this morning...

Maybe his family told him that they still love him, even if he never beats Bama again.

Problem solved.

I haven't heard anyone say that Coach Meyer is "scared of BAMA" per se, but there is some connection to Bama and his anxiety issues. That is, if you will honestly acknowledge the fact that noone knew of any "health issue" until he checked into the hospital after Bama and Saban beat them silly.

This is the textbook definition of myopia. Notre Dame is the only school whose fans can rival Bama's for their level of perceived self-importance. Meyer explained what happened to him at his first press conference, but Bama fans just won't accept an explanation that does not attribute his burnout to Saban and Bama. Meyer said he had been eating, sleeping and drinking Florida football every waking moment for five years, and needed to get away. As soon as Meyer says Alabama was the reason he was so focused on Florida football then you'll be on to something.

You are NOT giving a coach shite for lying at a press conference, right?

Al Gore had absolutely NOTHING .... to do with inventing the internet.

I had a sit-down meeting last week with a guy that REALLY DID have something to do with inventing the Internet. He helped write the code that defines it.

I made a joke about Al Gore and he said: "That son-of-a-bitch never made it to one meeting!!!!"

Al Gore is a failed politician. Nothing more.

He is from Tennessee. He would have been a better politician if he hadn't been so unnerved by the asswhippings Bama put on Tennessee during his formative years.

At least ND fans don't do this...and wear it as a badge of honor.

el gato After he got his arse kicked by Saban and Alabama, did Coach Meyer go to the hospital with chest pains or not? Yes or No? It's as simple as that.

BHP, I know... but the funny thing was me totally accidently meeting a guy that REALLY DID have something to do with it.... then making a joke about Al Gore.

I thought I was going to have to fight him. You should have seen how mad he got.

Al Gore is a total fraud.... about the Internet... and Global Warming.... everything.

Him winning a Nobel is just.... pathetic.

No, numbnuts. WWW refers to William Wallace Wade, the Head Coach of Alabama's first NC team. Sheesh.
