I’m pretty sure that is Auburn’s primary factor in hiring coach.

That he was OC for Chizik and beat Alabama is exactly why he was hired. I think he beat Alabama once as OC and 3 of 8 as head coach. They were stupid to fire him and haven’t beaten Alabama again since he was fired.

Nah. Gus was stale, and ruined our offensive line.
He also killed my enthusiasm for Auburn football at the time.
